REGISTRATION AND LOGIN
How to create an account?
At the top of the page bilety.slaskwroclaw.pl click the "Create Account" button
Enter your PESEL number (for foreigners, another ID number or the series and number of your identity document), then click the "NEXT" button
Fill in all fields and check the required checkboxes marked with an asterisk. Click the "CREATE ACCOUNT" button
An email with an activation link will be sent to the address provided in step 3. Click the link to complete the account activation process. After clicking the activation link, your account in the ticketing system will be active
How to log in to the system?
At the top of the page click the "LOGIN" button on bilety.slaskwroclaw.pl
In the 'Email' field, enter the email address used during registration, and in the 'Password' field, enter your account password. Then click the "LOGIN" button
How to change your password?
1. After logging in, expand the icon with your name and select "YOUR ACCOUNT"
2. Then expand the context menu on the right and select the "Change Password" option
3. Enter your old password, then enter the new password twice and confirm by clicking "Save". Your password has been successfully changed
How to change your email address in the system?
1. Log in to your account in the ticketing system
2. After logging in, expand the icon with your name and select "YOUR ACCOUNT"
3. Then expand the context menu on the right and select "EDIT DATA"
4. Change your email address and save the changes. You will be automatically logged out
5. Log in to the new email address and confirm the change by clicking the activation link
Can I change my personal data (name, surname, PESEL) myself?
Mandatory personal data cannot be changed by the user. If you need to change the above data, please contact the Fan Service Office via email at kasy@slaskwroclaw.pl or wks@slaskwroclaw.pl
I can't log in – what should I do?
Make sure you are entering the correct login and password. If you have problems, use the "Forgot your password?" option
Do I need to register to buy a ticket?
Yes, account registration is required to purchase a ticket and allows you to manage your purchases
PURCHASING
How to buy a ticket?
1. Log in to the system and select your seat
Create a new account or log in by clicking "CREATE ACCOUNT" or "LOGIN", select the event you're interested in, choose a stand and sector from the stadium map. After zooming in on the sector, select the specific seats you want
2. Fill in the data
Enter the data of all people for whom you are buying tickets (PESEL number or for foreigners another ID number, e.g., passport number). If the name and surname do not fill in automatically after entering the PESEL, click "FILL IN USER DATA"
3. Ticket delivery methods
Fan card online – if the fan has a personalized fan card, the ticket will be encoded on it
Self-print/Mobile ticket – the ticket will be generated for download and printing or sent via SMS to a smartphone
I'm a foreigner and don't have a PESEL number, how can I buy a ticket?
When creating an account on Bilety.slaskwroclaw.pl, simply enter your passport number or another valid ID in the "PESEL for Polish citizens or document number for foreigners" field, then fill in the remaining fields such as: first name, last name, date of birth, gender, and email address. When purchasing without logging in, you can also enter your identification number (not PESEL) in the identifier field
How to get a discount for a foreigner entitled to reduced tickets?
When creating an account on Bilety.slaskwroclaw.pl, simply enter your passport number or another valid ID in the "PESEL for Polish citizens or document number for foreigners" field, then fill in the remaining fields such as: first name, last name, date of birth, gender, and email address. When purchasing without logging in, you can also enter your identification number (not PESEL) in the identifier field
If you are unable to complete the data yourself, send a request to kasy@slaskwroclaw.pl to add the date of birth and gender to the foreign user's account
I already bought a ticket but would like to choose a different seat. Can I change it?
Changing your seat for individual matches is possible both for season tickets and single tickets. If you want to move to a more expensive zone, you will need to pay the price difference. A detailed guide on how to change your seat is in the next section.
How to change your seat?
Log in to your account in the ticketing system. Use the dropdown menu in the top right corner (gray triangle next to your name) and select "Your Data". In the middle of the page, you will see your ticket – open it using the square icon with an arrow in the bottom right corner. Click the "Change Seat" button below the ticket details. Choose a new seat on the stadium map. Proceed to the transaction summary by clicking the shopping cart icon, then click "Proceed". After completing the transaction, your new ticket will appear in your account.
NOTE! Changing the same ticket more than once may require paying the full ticket price again.
I can’t attend the match but already bought a ticket. Can I return it?
According to the terms of sale accepted during purchase, tickets cannot be returned. Based on Article 38(12) of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws 2020, item 287, as amended), the customer is not entitled to withdraw from a distance contract under Article 27 of the Act.
I can’t attend the match but already bought a ticket. Can I transfer it to someone else?
Transferring tickets for individual matches is possible both for season tickets and single tickets. If you are transferring a discounted ticket to someone not eligible for a discount, you must pay the price difference. A detailed guide on how to transfer a ticket is in the next section.
How to transfer a ticket to another person?
Log in to your account in the ticketing system. Use the dropdown menu in the top right corner (gray triangle next to your name) and select "Your Data". Can I return a ticket?
No, purchased tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.
What to do if I didn’t receive my ticket?
Check your SPAM folder. If the ticket is still missing, contact the Fan Service Office.
I don’t have a Fan Card. Can I still buy a ticket?
A plastic fan card is NOT REQUIRED. You can buy tickets via bilety.slaskwroclaw.pl and print them at home or send them to your mobile phone. A fan card is also not required for in-person purchases, e.g., at the stadium. Fans receive a fan card when purchasing a season ticket. You can also buy a season ticket without a fan card, but you will need to print your ticket from your online account for each match.
I bought a print-at-home ticket but don’t have a printer. What should I do?
A PDF ticket can also be shown on your phone and scanned at the turnstile. The PDF contains barcodes and an active "MOBILE" button that converts it into a mobile ticket with one click. You can also convert it in the "TRANSACTION LIST" on your account, where you can send the mobile ticket as a link via SMS or copy it. Both PDF and mobile versions are valid and can be used at the turnstile. The ticket will work at any turnstile in the selected stand – choose the one with the shortest queue.
Advantages of a mobile ticket
No printing, no fan card – just bring your smartphone to the match. It allows quick and easy sharing with friends or family, even minutes before the game. Reduces the risk of losing, forgetting, or having your ticket stolen. The best solution for those who value speed and convenience.
Important tips for mobile tickets
Download your mobile ticket before approaching the turnstile – internet may be slow at the stadium when many fans are present. Set your screen brightness to maximum and turn off NFC. Always use a charged phone with a clean, undamaged screen to ensure the barcode works. The ticket will work at any turnstile in the selected stand – choose the one with the shortest queue.
SMS ticket – how to send it?
Step 1: Buy a ticket with the delivery method "PRINT AT HOME / MOBILE TICKET"
Step 2: Go to the ticket details and click the "MOBILE TICKET" button
Step 3: Select the "SMS TICKET" option, enter your phone number (9 digits, no country code), and click "SEND SMS". To open the ticket immediately without sending an SMS, you can scan the QR code or copy the link
Step 4: A message with a ticket link will be sent to the provided phone number. After clicking the link, the ticket with a barcode will appear, allowing entry to the stadium

You can also generate a mobile ticket link in the same place in the ticketing system and send it via private messengers like WhatsApp or Messenger
Can I send an SMS ticket to another person?
Of course, just enter the phone number of the person you want to send the ticket link to. IMPORTANT – an internet connection is required to open the ticket from the SMS.
I bought several tickets in one transaction. Can I send all of them in one SMS?
Yes, you can send all tickets from a single transaction in one SMS. Just go to the transaction details and click "MOBILE TICKET" – all tickets will be sent to one phone.
What if I entered the wrong phone number and someone else receives the ticket?
If you accidentally entered the wrong phone number and suspect someone else might use the ticket, please contact the Fan Service Office. We will generate a replacement ticket and send it to the correct number.
Can I send an SMS ticket after the match has started?
Unfortunately not. Sending a ticket via SMS is only possible before the match starts.
I have a season ticket/ticket on a fan card. Can I change the delivery method and use a mobile ticket?
If you bought a single match ticket on a fan card, you cannot change the delivery method – your plastic fan card is the only valid entry method. However, if you have a season ticket on a fan card, you can change the delivery method for individual matches and open the ticket in a mobile app, wallet, or send it via SMS. To do this, go to your season ticket details and select "CONVERT TO TICKET" for the match.
Can I print a ticket that I have on my phone?
Yes, you can log in to your account, download the ticket, and print it. After printing, check the quality – especially the barcode. Printed tickets are sensitive to folds and damage, especially the barcode. The printed ticket also includes a QR code, which is more resistant to damage or poor print quality. Remember, you can also use the ticket in one of three formats – in the app, as a mobile ticket sent via SMS, or in a wallet app.
TURNSTILES
Can I enter the match with a PDF ticket or a photo of the barcode on my phone?
Screenshots or photos are often not read correctly by turnstiles and do not guarantee entry. We recommend using a PDF or mobile ticket (you can convert a PDF to mobile format by clicking a special field on the PDF or in your transaction history) to avoid unnecessary stress, delays, or printing costs.
Can I have multiple tickets on my phone, e.g., for friends going to the match with me?
Yes, one person can scan and let others in (if you arrive together) by switching between tickets on their phone. If you're not arriving together, you can send each person their individual ticket via the SMS gateway (limited) or a mobile ticket link (unlimited). Details are described in other sections of this guide.
What if my ticket doesn’t scan properly and I can’t enter the stadium – the turnstile shows “ticket not recognized”?
Usually, increasing your screen brightness to maximum helps. Also check if NFC is off and your screen is clean and undamaged. If that doesn’t help, ask a steward for assistance or go to the complaints desk in the FanShop on Królewiecka Street. Make sure you’re holding your phone correctly – the barcode must be visible and readable. IMPORTANT: You can scan the barcode vertically – no need to zoom in. Do not enlarge the QR code – its size is optimized for the scanner. There are signs in the stadium showing the correct scanning technique.
What if I have a ticket on my phone for a friend who hasn’t arrived at the stadium yet?
The easiest solution is to send the ticket via SMS or as an attachment through a messaging app. This service is free.
VOUCHERS
How to redeem a voucher?
You can redeem a voucher on the ticketing platform bilety.slaskwroclaw.pl. After selecting your seats and filling in your personal details, enter the voucher code in the field next to the ticket price in the cart. Vouchers can also be redeemed at the ticket office at ul. Oporowska 62, Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM.
How to use a gift voucher?
Select a ticket and enter the voucher code during payment – the value will be deducted from the ticket price.
Gift Voucher
A gift voucher can be loaded with an amount between 10 and 650 PLN and used as an electronic wallet to purchase tickets and season passes for Śląsk Wrocław matches at Tarczyński Arena Wrocław.
When purchasing a gift voucher, you receive a reusable code up to the value of the voucher. It can be used for tickets and season passes for all stands at Tarczyński Arena Wrocław, including VIP zones. It allows the purchase of single or multiple tickets as well as season passes.
The voucher can be used by the purchaser or gifted to someone else. If the purchase exceeds the voucher amount, the remaining balance must be paid during checkout.
When buying a voucher, you must provide the name, surname, and PESEL number. The voucher will be assigned to the account of the person whose data is provided (e.g., yourself or the recipient). You can use the code to buy tickets for yourself or others. The voucher will appear in the profile of the person it was assigned to, not in yours if you bought it for someone else.
IMPORTANT – the personal data provided during voucher purchase will not be visible on the voucher.
How to buy a Gift Voucher?
Step 1: Log in at bilety.slaskwroclaw.pl
Step 2: Select the "GIFT VOUCHER" tab, set the desired amount, go to "SUMMARY", then click "PROCEED". Pay using the PayU service. Note – the order must be paid immediately.
The voucher is valid until 31.12.2026 (with the possibility of extension by the club) or until its full value is used.
Can a voucher be used partially?
Yes. The unused amount remains on the account and can be used for future purchases.
SEASON TICKETS
What are the benefits of having a season ticket?
A season ticket grants access to all home matches in the season and offers additional benefits, such as discounts.
Can I transfer my season ticket to another person?
No, season tickets are personalized and cannot be transferred. However, you can transfer a single match from your season ticket to someone else up to 4 times per season (2 times per round). Just go to your account, find the ticket, and select the "TRANSFER TICKET (from season ticket)" option.
I lost my Fan Card with the season ticket. What should I do to enter the match?
You can order a duplicate card in person at the stadium ticket office at ul. Oporowska 62 (during the week before the match) or at the FanShop at the stadium (on match day). The previous card will be deactivated to prevent unauthorized use. The cost of a duplicate card is 20 PLN.
How to buy a season ticket? Step-by-step guide
Step 1: Log in and choose your seat
Create a new account or log in, then select the season ticket you're interested in. Use the stadium map to choose your stand, sector, and seat.
Step 2: Fill in the data
Enter the data of all people for whom you're buying season tickets (PESEL number or, for foreigners, another ID like a passport number). If the name and surname do not auto-fill after entering the PESEL, click "FILL IN USER DATA".
Step 3: Price selection
The system will automatically assign the correct price category based on the PESEL number.
Step 4: Choose delivery method
This is a very important step. There are 3 delivery options:
PDF Print – you must generate and download a ticket from your account before each home match. This method also allows you to later create a physical Fan Card at selected locations.
Encode on Fan Card – the season ticket is encoded on your existing, active Fan Card linked to your account.
New Virtual Card – a digital card (e.g., for wallet apps). To create one, select "NEW CARD" and click the green "+" icon. IMPORTANT – choosing a virtual card blocks the option to later create a physical Fan Card.
Step 5: Payment
After selecting the delivery method, click "SUMMARY", then pay via PayU by clicking "PROCEED".
How to change your season ticket seat?
You can only change your seat for a specific match from your season ticket. Log in to your account, go to "Your Data" from the dropdown menu in the top right. Find your season ticket and open it using the square icon with an arrow. Click "Change Seat" under the ticket details. Choose a new seat on the stadium map. Go to the transaction summary by clicking the shopping cart icon, then click "Proceed".
NOTE: Changing the same season ticket seat more than once may require paying the full ticket price again.

I have a season ticket but don’t receive SMS updates from the club. What should I do?
To receive important updates from the club, make sure your phone number is entered in the ticketing system. Log in, go to "Your Account", then click "Edit Data". Enter your phone number and save the changes.
I have a Fan Card but chose PDF delivery. What should I do?
No changes are needed. If your Fan Card is linked to your account, functional, and undamaged, you can generate a ticket from your season ticket (this process is monitored by the club and tickets can be generated remotely in emergencies). Your Fan Card will work even with a PDF season ticket.
Can I buy a season ticket without a Fan Card?
A Fan Card is no longer required. You can buy a season ticket via bilety.slaskwroclaw.pl by selecting the "PDF Print" delivery method. Just remember to download your tickets for each match as a PDF or mobile ticket.
I want to buy a season ticket online but have it on a physical (plastic) Fan Card
If you want a physical Fan Card with your season ticket, buy it in person at ul. Oporowska 62 or ul. Królewiecka. Online purchases only offer a virtual card (digital version for your phone). If you want to buy quickly online and get a physical card later, choose the PDF version. Later, when you create a physical card, the PDF season ticket will be linked to it. If you chose "New Card / Virtual Card" during online purchase, the season ticket is digital and creating a physical card later may cause issues at the turnstiles.
I renewed my season ticket for my seat. How can I renew a season ticket for someone else from my account?
When renewing a season ticket, the system asks whether you want to keep the same seat or change it. However, if you're renewing a season ticket for someone else from your account, the system skips this step and goes straight to seat selection on the stadium map. If you want to renew the same seat for another person, you must manually select that exact seat on the map. Season ticket seats are reserved for a limited time (marked with a red border) and cannot be selected by anyone else.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Do children need a ticket?
Children under 8 can enter for free but still need a free ticket to access the venue. Older children require a paid ticket.
How to use the NASZ WROCŁAW and NASZ WROCŁAW MAX programs?
Tickets can only be collected at the ticket office at ul. Oporowska 62 (10:00–17:00) or the Fan Shop at ul. Piłsudskiego (10:00–18:00), Monday to Friday, excluding match days. In the NASZ WROCŁAW program, the card/account holder can collect a ticket for themselves. In NASZ WROCŁAW MAX, the holder can collect a ticket for themselves and one companion. Tickets are valid for the family section at Tarczyński Arena Wrocław.
How to use the WROCŁAW AGGLOMERATION CARD program?
Tickets can only be collected at the ticket office at ul. Oporowska 62 (10:00–17:00), Monday to Friday, excluding match days. The cardholder can collect a ticket for themselves. Tickets come with a 50% discount and are valid for the family section at Tarczyński Arena Wrocław.
How to get a discount as an Honorary Blood Donor?
Only distinguished honorary blood donors with a white PCK (Polish Red Cross) ID or a "Donor of Merit for the Nation" card are eligible. Send a scan of your ID to kasy@slaskwroclaw.pl. After verification, you will be added to the ticketing system with special discount privileges.
How to buy tickets for a group?
Contact us at kasy@slaskwroclaw.pl with the following details: group name, number of participants (children + adults), and the stand you're interested in. We will prepare a reservation and a link for you to collect the tickets.
Invoice
If purchasing at a physical location, inform the cashier before the transaction that you need an invoice. For online purchases, contact us at kasy@slaskwroclaw.pl.
