ACCOUNT IN THE SYSTEM

    Step 1.

    Click on the CREATE ACCOUNT button at the top of bilety.slaskwroclaw.pl

    Step 2.

    Enter your PESEL number (if you are a foreigner, enter another personal identification document number or ID series code and number), then click on the NEXT button.

    Step 3.

    Complete all fields and select the selection buttons marked with an asterisk. Click on the CREATE ACCOUNT button.

    Step 4.

    An e-mail message will be sent to the e-mail address you provided in step 3 with an activation link, on which you will need to click to complete the account activation process. When you click on the activation link, your ticketing system account becomes active.

    Step 1.

    At the top of bilety.slaskwroclaw.pl click on the LOGIN button.

    Step 2.

    In the "E-mail" field, type the e-mail address which you used to register. In the "Password" field, type the account password you set. Next, click the on the LOGIN button.

    Step 1.

    Once you have logged in, expand the icon with the owner's name and choose the "Your account” option.

    Step 2.

    Next, expand the context menu on the right and select the "Change password” option.

    Step 3.

    Enter your old password, then enter your new password twice, and confirm it by clicking on the SAVE button. Your password has been successfully changed.

    Step 1.

    Log in to your ticketing system account.

    Step 2.

    Once logged in, expand the owner's name icon and select the "Your account” option..

    Step 3.

    Then, expand the context menu on the right and select the "Edit details” option..

    Change your e-mail address and save your changes. You will be automatically logged out.

    Step 5.

    Please log in to the e-mail address you provided and confirm your address change by clicking on the activation link.

TICKET PURCHASE - BASIC INFORMATION

    Step 1. Log in to the system and select a seat.

    Create a new account or log in to the system by clicking "Create account" or "Login" respectively, select the event you are interested in. Select the stand and sector using the stadium diagram. After enlarging a sector, select your seats for the match.

    Step 2. Enter necessary information.

    Enter information on all persons for whom you want to buy tickets (PESEL number or, for foreigners, another personal identification number, e.g. passport number). If, after entering the PESEL number, the spectator's name is not be entered automatically, use the "Complete user information" button.

    Step 3. Choose your discounts and ticket delivery method.

    Select the appropriate tile for each person from the list of price categories. You have two options of having your ticket delivered:

    • Internet Fan Card – if you have a personal Fan Card, the ticket will be credited to it.

    • Own printout / Phone Ticket – ticket generated for downloading and printing with a computer printer or sent as a text message to a smartphone.

    If the spectator has a voucher reducing the ticket price, they can enter it below in the "Use voucher" box. The highlighted icon with a gift visualisation suggests that the spectator has a voucher assigned to their account in the ticketing system.

    Step 4. Transaction summary and fee

    Click on the purchase completion button. Make sure that you order the right number of tickets and that the price is correct. Click on "Complete". Pay for your orders via PayU. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The order must be paid for immediately. Any seats not paid for in 15 minutes will become vacant and available for other spectators.

  • help_outlineI’m a foreigner and I don’t have a PESEL number. How do I buy a ticket?

    When creating an account with the bilety.slaskwroclaw.pl system, it is enough to enter the number of your passport or another valid identity document in the field ”PESEL – for a Polish citizen or ID number – for a foreigner " and then fill in the other fields with information such as first name, surname, and e-mail address. When purchasing without logging in, you can also enter your ID number which is not a PESEL number in place of your ID.

  • help_outlineI’ve already bought a ticket, but I’d like to choose another seat at the stadium. Can I change my seat?

    Changing a seat for specific games is possible with both a pass and individual tickets. If you want to move to a more expensive zone, you will need to pay the price difference. Detailed instructions on how you change your seat are provided in the next section.

    Log in to your ticketing system account. Use the drop-down menu at the top right of the page (grey triangle next to your name) and select the "Your details" tab. In the middle of the page, you will see your ticket. Open it using the square icon featuring an arrow in the bottom right corner. Click on the "Change seat" button, located below the ticket details. Select a new seat on the stadium diagram. Go to purchase completion by clicking on the shopping cart button and then use the "Complete" button. After the purchase is completed, you will see a new ticket in your ticket system account. ATTENTION! More than one seat change on the same ticket may require you to pay the full ticket price again.

    According to the terms and conditions of sale accepted at the time of purchase, tickets cannot be returned.

    Transferring tickets for individual matches is possible with both a pass and individual tickets. If you want to transfer a ticket to another person, you will have to pay the difference in price if you are entitled to a discount and the recipient of the transfer does not have such entitlement. Detailed instructions on how to transfer tickets are provided in the next section.

The voucher can also be exchanged at the ticket offices at ul. Oporowska 62 during the week from 10 am to 5 pm.

    Tickets can be collected only at the ticket offices at ul. Oporowska 62 between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Tickets can be collected from Monday to Friday, except on match days when it is not possible to collect tickets. In the Nasz WROCŁAW program, the owner of the Nasz WROCŁAW card / account can collect a ticket for himself and with his data, in the Nasz WROCŁAW MAX program, the card / account owner can collect the ticket for himself and the accompanying person. Tickets are valid for the family sector at Tarczyński Arena Wroclaw.

    Tickets can be collected only at the ticket offices at ul. Oporowska 62 between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Tickets can be collected from Monday to Friday, except on match days when it is not possible to collect tickets. The AGGLOMERATION CARD owner can collect the ticket for himself and for his data. Tickets have a 50% discount - valid for the family sector at Tarczyński Arena Wroclaw.

    You are NOT REQUIRED to have a plastic fan card. You can use the website bilety.slaskwroclaw.pl to buy tickets that you can print out at home or send to your mobile phone. Similarly, a fan card is not required for “bricks & mortar” purchases, for example at the stadium. You receive a fan card when buying a pass. You can also buy a pass without a fan card, but you need to print out your tickets for particular matches using your web account.

  • help_outlineI've lost my Fan Card, what do I do to attend a match?

    You just need to personally order your card’s duplicate at one of the stadium ticket desks at 62 Oporowska St (in the pre-match week) or at the Stadium’s FanShop (on the match day). The previous card will then be cancelled so that no one can use it. 20 PLN will be charged for making a duplicate card.

  • help_outlineI bought an online ticket for self-printing but I don't have a printer. What do I do?

    You can also present such a ticket as a PDF file displayed on your phone and scan it at the turnstile. A PDF ticket has barcodes and an active MOBILE button, which can be used to turn the ticket into a mobile one with a single click. A mobile ticket can also be converted in the "TRANSACTION LIST" in your account. Also there, you can send a mobile ticket via a web link or text message to a phone number of your choice. Both ticket versions, PDF and mobile, are valid and can be used at the turnstile.

    Step 1.

    Buy a ticket for a match using the "Self-print ticket/Ticket on the phone" delivery method.

    Step 2.

    Enter ticket details and select the "MOBILE TICKET" button.

    Step 3.

    Check the "Text message ticket" option. Enter your phone number (9 digits without area code) and click "SEND TEXT MESSAGE". You can also scan the QR code or copy the link to open the ticket immediately without sending it in a text message.

    Step 4.

    A message with a link to the ticket will be sent to the phone number given in step 3. After you click on the link, a barcode ticket will be displayed, which entitles you to enter the stadium. IMPORTANT – an Internet connection is required to open a text message ticket.

    In most cases, screenshots are not read correctly by the turnstiles and do not guarantee that you will enter the stadium. We recommend that you have your ticket as a PDF file or in its mobile form (you can convert a PDF ticket to its mobile version by clicking on a special field on the PDF or in the transaction history on your ticket account) to avoid unnecessary stress, time-wasting, or costs entailed with printing the ticket.

  • help_outlineCan I have several tickets on my phone, e.g. for my friends I'm going to attend a match with?

    Yes, but it is much easier to send an individual ticket to each of them. Take advantage of the free option allowing you to send your tickets in a text message.

  • help_outlineWhat if the ticket isn’t scanned correctly and I can’t enter the Stadium – the turnstile displays a message saying "ticket not recognised"?

    In most cases like this, what you need to do is increase the brightness of your device to the maximum. Also, make sure that the screen of your device isn’t turned off, dirty, or damaged. If this does not solve the problem, ask a steward for help or go to the complaint desk located at the FanShop in Królewiecka St. Also, make sure that that you put your phone in the reader correctly – i.e. that the barcode is visible and clear. IMPORTANT: You can also scan the barcode vertically without having to enlarge it; Do not enlarge the QR code on the phone screen – the size of the QR code matches the scanner; There are boards at the stadium with diagrams showing the correct technique for scanning a ticket stored on a phone.

    The simplest solution is to send the ticket in a text message. The service is free-of-charge and you do not have to wait for the latecomer.

    If you have mistakenly given the wrong phone number and you suspect that someone else might have received the ticket, please contact the Spectator Support Team. We will generate a claim ticket and send it to the indicated phone number.

  • help_outlineI have a pass/ticket on my fan card. Can I change the delivery method and enter the stadium using mobile tickets?

    If you buy a single ticket for a match with your fan card, you cannot change the delivery method - your ticket carrier is the plastic fan card and the only way for you to enter the stadium is by using it. If you buy a single ticket with your fan card, you can change the delivery method for single matches and then open the ticket in the mobile application, in the wallet, or send the ticket in a text message. To do this, enter the details of your ticket and select the option "CONVERT INTO TICKET” next to the match.

    Yes, you can download your ticket after logging in to your account and print it. However, we encourage you to try one of these three options – ticket in the application, mobile ticket sent in a text message, or ticket in the wallet application.
