Pursuant to Article 38(12) of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 287, as amended), the customer is not entitled to withdraw from a distance contract under Article 27 of that Act.

It may arise when, for example, a child's or season-ticket price (with applied discounts) is transferred to a person who is not entitled to such discounts and/or whose tickets fall into a higher price group.
  • No, purchased tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
  • Check your SPAM folder. If the ticket is still missing, contact the Fan Service Office.
  • Holding a physical Fan Card is not required. Via bilety.slaskwroclaw.pl you can purchase tickets that you print yourself at home or send as a mobile ticket to your phone. A Fan Card is also not required when buying in person, e.g. at the stadium. A season ticket can also be purchased without a Fan Card – however, you will need to download and print a ticket from your account before each home match.
  • A PDF ticket purchased for self-printing can also be displayed on your phone and scanned at the turnstile. The PDF ticket contains barcodes and an active "MOBILE" button which converts it into a mobile ticket with one click. You can also convert it to a mobile ticket from the "TRANSACTION LIST" in your account, and send it as a link or via SMS to a chosen phone number. Both versions – PDF and mobile – are valid and work at the turnstile. A ticket for a given stand works at every turnstile on that stand – choose the one with the shortest queue.
  • No printing, no Fan Card – you come to the match with just your smartphone. It allows you to quickly and easily send your ticket to friends or family, even a few minutes before kick-off. It reduces the risk of losing, forgetting or having your ticket stolen. The best solution for those who value speed and convenience.
  • Download your mobile ticket before approaching the turnstile – internet at the stadium does not always work fast when there are many fans. Set your screen brightness to maximum and disable NFC. Always use a charged phone with a clean, undamaged screen. A ticket for a given stand works at every turnstile on that stand – choose the one with the shortest queue.
  • Step 1. Buy a match ticket with the delivery method "SELF-PRINT / MOBILE TICKET".
  • Step 2. Go to the ticket details and click the "MOBILE TICKET" button.
  • Step 3. Select the "SMS TICKET" option, enter your phone number (9 digits, without the country code) and click "SEND SMS". To open the ticket immediately without sending an SMS, you can also scan the QR code or copy the link.
  • Step 4. A message containing a link to the ticket will be sent to the number provided. Clicking the link will display the ticket with a barcode that grants entry to the stadium.
  • Important: an internet connection is required to open the ticket from the SMS. The SMS gateway has a limited number of messages.
  • Yes, simply enter the phone number of the person you want to send the ticket link to. Important: an internet connection is required to open the ticket from the SMS.
  • Yes, you can send all tickets from a given transaction in one SMS. Simply go to the transaction details and click "MOBILE TICKET" – all purchased tickets will be sent to one phone.
  • If you accidentally entered the wrong phone number and suspect that someone else might use the ticket, please contact the Fan Service Office – we will generate a replacement ticket and send it to the correct number.
  • Unfortunately not – sending a ticket via SMS is only possible until kick-off.
  • If you purchased a single match ticket on your Fan Card, it is not possible to change the delivery method – your physical Fan Card is the only medium and you can only enter the stadium with it. If you purchased a season ticket on your Fan Card, you can change the delivery method for individual matches and then open the ticket in a mobile app, a digital wallet, or send it to yourself via SMS. To do this, go to your season ticket details and select "CONVERT TO TICKET" next to the relevant match.
  • Yes, you can download the ticket after logging in to your account and print it. After printing, check its quality – especially the barcode, as a self-printed ticket is sensitive to creasing and damage. The printed ticket also contains a QR code, which is more resistant to damage or poor print quality. Remember that your ticket can exist in one of three forms: in the app, as a mobile ticket sent via SMS, or in a digital wallet.

Turnstiles

  • Screenshots or photos are in most cases not read correctly by the turnstiles and do not guarantee entry to the stadium. We recommend having your ticket in PDF or mobile format (a PDF can be converted to mobile format by clicking the relevant button on the PDF ticket or in the transaction history in your account) to avoid unnecessary stress, wasted time or printing costs.
  • Yes. One person can scan and admit the rest of the group (if they arrived together) by switching between tickets on their phone. If people did not arrive together, you can send each of them an individual ticket via the SMS gateway (limited number) or a mobile ticket link (unlimited).
  • Usually it is enough to set your screen brightness to maximum. Also check whether NFC is enabled or whether the screen is dirty or damaged. If that does not help, ask a steward for assistance or go to the complaints desk in the FanShop on Królewiecka Street. Also check that you are holding the phone correctly in front of the reader and that the barcode is clearly visible. Important: the barcode can also be scanned vertically without zooming in; do not zoom in on the QR code on your screen – its size is calibrated for the reader. Signs showing the correct technique for scanning a ticket from a phone are displayed throughout the stadium.
  • The simplest solution is to send the ticket via SMS or as an attachment through a messaging app. The service is free of charge.

Vouchers

  • A voucher can be redeemed on the ticketing platform at bilety.slaskwroclaw.pl. After selecting seats and filling in personal details in the transaction basket, enter the voucher code in the field next to the ticket price. Vouchers can also be redeemed at the box office at ul. Oporwoska 62, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Select a ticket, then during payment enter the voucher code – its value will be deducted from the ticket price.
  • A gift voucher can be loaded with an amount between PLN 10 and PLN 650 and used as an electronic wallet when purchasing tickets and season tickets for Śląsk Wrocław matches at Tarczyński Arena Wrocław.
  • When you buy a voucher, you receive a special multi-use code up to the purchased amount. The voucher can be used to buy tickets and season tickets for all stands, including VIP sectors – it covers both single tickets and tickets for multiple people, as well as season tickets.
  • The voucher can be used by its purchaser or transferred to another person, e.g. as a gift. If the voucher balance is exceeded at the time of purchase, you will pay the remaining difference.
  • When purchasing a voucher, you must provide a first name, surname and PESEL number. The voucher will be assigned to the account of the person whose data was provided at the time of purchase (e.g. your own or the recipient's) and can be downloaded from that person's profile. The personal data provided at the time of purchase will not be visible on the voucher.
  • Step 1. Log in at bilety.slaskwroclaw.pl.
  • Step 2. Select the "Gift voucher" tab, set the amount you want, go to "SUMMARY" and click "CONFIRM". Pay for the order using PayU – the order must be paid immediately.
  • The voucher is valid until 31.12.2026 (the club may extend its validity for further years) or until its full value has been used.
  • Yes. The unused balance remains on the account and can be used for future purchases.

Season Tickets

  • A season ticket grants entry to all home matches during the season and offers additional benefits, such as discounts.
  • No, a season ticket is personal and cannot be transferred to other people. However, a single match from the season ticket can be transferred to someone else up to 4 times per season (2 times per half-season) – in your account, next to the season ticket match, select the "Transfer ticket" option.
  • Simply visit the stadium box office at ul. Oporowska 62 in person (during the pre-match week) or the FanShop at the stadium (on match day) to order a duplicate card. The previous card will be cancelled so that nobody else can use it. The cost of a duplicate card is PLN 20.
  • Step 1. Log in to the system and select a seat.
  • Step 2. Fill in your details.
  • Step 3. Select the price category – the system will automatically assign the appropriate price category for each fan based on the PESEL number.
  • Step 4. Choose the delivery method for your season ticket: PDF print (you must download a ticket before each home match; this method also allows you to obtain a Fan Card later at selected in-person locations); encode on Fan Card (encode the season ticket onto an existing, active Fan Card linked to your account); or new virtual card (a digital version, e.g. for a digital wallet – select "NEW CARD" and then click the green "+" icon; note that a virtual card prevents you from obtaining a physical Fan Card later).
  • Step 5. Payment.
  • From your fan account it is only possible to change the seat for a selected match within the season ticket. Log in to your account, use the drop-down menu in the upper-right area of the page and select the "Your data" tab. Your season ticket is displayed halfway down the page – open it using the square icon with an arrow in the lower-right corner. Click "Change seat", select a new seat on the stadium map, proceed to the transaction summary and click "Confirm".
  • Note: more than one seat change for the same season ticket may result in having to pay the full season ticket price again.
  • In accordance with the terms of sale accepted at the time of purchase, season tickets are non-refundable. However, it is possible to transfer a season ticket match to another person for a specific match.
  • To receive important club information, add your phone number to the ticketing system. Log in to your account, select "Your account", then "Edit data". Enter your number in the "Phone" field and save the changes.
  • Nothing needs to be changed. If the card is linked to your fan account, is working and undamaged, simply generate the ticket from your season ticket – your Fan Card will also work with a PDF season ticket.
  • Holding a Fan Card is no longer required. You can purchase a season ticket without a Fan Card at bilety.slaskwroclaw.pl by selecting "PDF print" as the delivery method. In this case, remember to download your tickets for each match in PDF format for printing, or as a mobile ticket.
  • If you want a physical Fan Card with your season ticket, choose an in-person purchase at ul. Oporowska 62 or ul. Królewiecka – online purchases only offer the new virtual card option (a digital version on your phone). If you want to buy your season ticket quickly online and obtain a physical card later, choose the PDF version (without a card) – this PDF season ticket will later be linked to your physical Fan Card. If you selected the new virtual card during the online purchase, the season ticket is in digital format and obtaining a physical card later may cause the season ticket to malfunction at the turnstiles.
  • When renewing a season ticket, the system always asks whether the fan wants to keep the same seat or change it. However, if a fan renews a season ticket for another person using their own account, the system skips this step and goes directly to seat selection on the stadium map. If you want to renew the same seat for another person, you must select that exact seat on the map. Season ticket seats are reserved with a red border on the stadium map for a set period of time defined by the club – no other person can select a reserved seat.
